Using Wireslate#
What are the different roles?#
Organization roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Guest) set someone's standing in the organization; whiteboard and space roles (Editor, Commenter, Viewer) set what they can do on a board. The full breakdown is in Roles and permissions.
Can people see my whiteboard without an account?#
Yes, through a public link. Anyone with the link can view the published snapshot and even duplicate it into their own account.
Does Wireslate calculate my numbers automatically?#
Yes. Set the people entering your funnel, the conversion rates between steps, and your costs and revenue, and everything downstream is calculated live. See Add metrics to your funnel.
Can I test "what if" changes without touching my real numbers?#
That's exactly what scenarios are for. Use variants when you want to change the funnel's structure too.
Can two people edit at the same time?#
One person edits at a time, and handing over editing is one click. Everyone else can view and comment in the meantime. See Editing together.
