"Someone else is editing this whiteboard"#
One person edits a whiteboard at a time. If the board is open in another tab, click Continue editing in this tab to take over safely; any unsaved work in the other tab is saved first. If another person is editing, you can view and comment in the meantime. See Editing together.
"There was an update to this whiteboard"#
The board changed since you opened it, usually saved by someone else or by you on another device. Click Reload latest version to continue from the newest version.
My public link doesn't show my latest changes#
Public links show a snapshot from when you published. Open Share, go to the Public link tab, and republish. See Public links.
A page preview won't generate#
- Save the whiteboard first; previews need a saved board
- Check the URL is public and reachable
Browser support#
Wireslate works best in Chrome and Chromium-based browsers. On desktop Safari you may see a notice recommending Chrome, since some canvas features work better there. iPhone and iPad browsers are supported.
Working on mobile#
Wireslate supports phones and tablets: tap components to add them, use the bottom bar for actions, and the summary dock at the bottom for your numbers. For heavy editing sessions, a desktop browser is the most comfortable.
A magic link or invitation link doesn't work#
Links expire after a while, and each magic link can only be used once. Request a fresh one, and make sure you open it with the same email address it was sent to. See Your account and signing in.
