Team spaces and client spaces

Spaces group related whiteboards and control who can see them. Everyone you add to a space gets access to all its whiteboards, so you set up access once instead of board by board.

Client spaces#

For external work, made with agencies and consultants in mind. Give each client their own space, invite them as guests, and everything for that client stays neatly separated:

Create a space#

From the dashboard, create a new space and choose its type. It appears as a tab in your dashboard right away.

Add people to a space#

Add organization members or invite guests to a space with a role that applies to every whiteboard inside:

Editor: build and edit
Commenter: view and comment
Viewer: view only

Editor access in a space is for organization members; guests can be given edit access per whiteboard instead, up to 3 per organization. See Roles and permissions.

Move whiteboards between spaces#

Share or move a whiteboard into a space from the Share dialog's Spaces tab; see Share a whiteboard.
