The View Settings panel (bottom-right of the canvas) lets you control what shows on your whiteboard. Toggle things off for a clean presentation view, or on for full detail while you work.
The toggles#
- Metrics: show or hide the numbers tables on funnel steps. Hide them for a clean structural view
- Icons: show or hide component icons
- Hints: the "Add new label / Add page URL / Upload thumbnail" prompts on empty steps. Turning hints off declutters the board; real content always still renders
- Scenarios: show or hide scenario comparison rows on steps
- Large thumbnails: expand every page preview to full height; see Page previews and thumbnails
- Comments: show or hide comment pins on the canvas
- Basic mode: a simplified rendering of steps, useful for very large boards or lightweight presentations
- Snap to grid: align elements to a grid as you move them
- Mini-map: show or hide the navigation mini-map
Your view settings are remembered per whiteboard, per device.
Dark mode#
Toggle between light and dark themes with the sun/moon button in the top toolbar. Exports match the theme you're using.
